Miso Udon with Mushroom Shred-it

Miso Udon with Mushroom Shred-it

 

Servings: 2-3 

Time: 15-20 minutes


Ingredients:

1 Box Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-it

2 tbsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Miso Paste

10 oz Udon noodle


Garnish:

1-2 tsp chili flakes

⅛ cup scallion chopped

1-2 tbsp edamame peeled


Instructions:

  1. Mix sesame oil and Miso paste in a small bowl, mix well until the consistency is smooth
  2. In a small saucepan, heat up half of the Miso mixture on low heat for 1-2 minutes, then add Shroomets and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown and aromatic
  3. Boil Udon noodles in a separate pot for 4-5 minutes until al dente
  4. Mix the cooked noodle with the rest of the Miso mixture
  5. Serve the noodle with Miso Shromoeats
  6. Garnish with chili flakes, chopped scallion, and cooked edamame, and enjoy!
